Little provencal villa is situated on the heights of Le Trayas, and benefits of a spectacular seaview and over the port of Miramar.
The villa has a surface of 100 m²± on 1500 m² steep garden. There is a pool of 8x4 with an alarm.
The villa comprises: entrance hall, little office area, living room with rounded bay with lovely view. There is a big flat screen TV , sattellite and WIFI.
A door opens on to a nice 40 m² with ratin terrace furniture
The kitchen is rustic, in wood, and is equipped with: oven - micro wave- 4 electric places - refrigerator freezer - dishwasher - toaster - electric kettle
electric coffee maker - cupboard with washing machine
Next to the kitchen is the master bedroom with 160 m double bed and doors opening on to the terrace
A shower room with toilet is next to the room
From the living, a door leads to the staircase, which leads to the upper floor -
There are 2 bedrooms of which one with a 160 double bed and 1 with twin beds and both have en suite small bathroom with bath and WC
and access to the terrace
Next to the pool is a little pool house with shower - on garden level there is an outside parking inside the garden.
The villa is equipped with the necessary, rustic style without pretention, the outside is pleasant and confortable for the summer holidays.
The pool is not suitable for very small children as it does not have a fence on the edge.
